Nova Scotia Health is offering monthly support sessions for caregivers of youth who struggle with anxiety. Learn practical ways to support your youth and explore available mental health resources.

Winter Sessions:
• Jan 9 – Common thinking traps for teens
• Feb 13 – Mindfulness strategies
• Mar 27 – Substance use & harm reduction

How to participate:
✔️ Drop-in group discussion (9–10am)
✔️ Book a private 20-minute 1:1 chat (10am–12pm)
