We’ve noticed an increase in students wearing perfumes, colognes and body sprays at school, so we’d like to remind students and families that Riverside Education Centre is a scent-free building.
For some members of our school community, fragrances can trigger migraines, breathing difficulties, nausea and other physical symptoms that can make it difficult to learn or work comfortably.
We want REC to be an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone can safely participate in their school day. We ask students, staff and visitors to please avoid wearing perfumes, colognes, body sprays and other strongly scented products while at school.
