On Thursday, September 22nd students and staff at Riverside Education Centre will be participating in our Terry Fox Run. This is an annual event that schools across our province, and country, take great pride in participating in as a way to honor Terry’s legacy of courage, compassion, and perseverance. Donations under $10 can be brought to school anytime between Friday, September 16th and Wednesday, September 21st. Mr. Fougere, one of the Phys.Ed. teachers
at REC, has created some wonderful incentives for our students to encourage everyone to participate as much as possible.
If you would like to donate $10, or more, we are not able to issue receipts for tax purposes so I would ask that you please donate on-line using the link below. It should be set up specifically for our school. This link was sent to us by the Terry Fox Foundation so unfortunately, we will not be able to trouble shoot any issues you encounter while trying to donate.
